I have shared this picture previously, but it provokes many thoughts. One thought - for a resident or summer visitor to Cumberland we become entranced with the beautiful, and all-to-brief, days of summer. These days seem to fly by. Our challenge is to fully engage and enjoy every moment to its full measure, and to do it without clinging to a moment (even in the very recent past) thereby losing full engagement in the present. Live, love, enjoy the moment. Let the memory of it be a memory that fills you and enables you to see the wonder of your present.
